Is it free?

Which AI chats does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and any other client that supports MCP. The install page has steps for each one.

Is my financial data private?

Yes. Your transactions live in a private database isolated to your account. Sign-in is via Google. Nothing's shared with third parties.

Does it handle multiple currencies?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Log in any of 30+ currencies, auto-converted to your base currency using live rates. Your first transaction sets your base.

How do recurring transactions work?

Mention a subscription or recurring income once and Kachink stores it. A daily job logs it on the right day each month, so you don't have to remember.

Do I need to know what MCP is?

No. MCP is the open standard Kachink uses to plug into AI clients, but you don't have to think about it. Once it's connected, your AI just knows how to log and read your transactions.
